Wi-Fi failure

iPad Wi-Fi connectivity failed, but Bluetooth will connect. All other devices in household connect to Wi-FI. Apple Support had me reset to factory level, which I did. I tried to set iPad up like new via USB to Mac and iTunes, but cannot get Wi-Fi to work still. 7th generation iPad under warranty but no resolution. Any recommendations?
