FaceTime (including video) works on iPad Air (Cellular) on call to one other Apple device (iPad, iPhone or iMac). But, when connect third party, audio works on all three connected devices, but there's no video on ANY of the three (video disconnects on the original two connected devices).

Group FaceTime video needs an iPad Air 2 or later, iPad Mini 4 and later, iPad 5th gen or later and any version of iPad Pro models.
Older iPads like the iPad Air 1 and iPad Mini 2 and 3 models can only use Group FaceTime audio calls.
