Conflict about Apple ID

I have a problem forgetting my Apple ID password (which is @icloud.com) and I don’t have an access to the trusted phone number anymore for good! All I have is the trusted email (@gmail) And I tried everything but I failed! The steps written on iforgot.apple is not helpful! Because I don’t remember the password! How come they want me to enter it in order to reset it! And I couldn’t find anywhere to type my trusted email so they send me a code or a link to reset my password!
