Iphone 7 crashing when opening a lot of apps

Hi.

I came onto this forum because my Iphone 7 is malfunctioning.

Since today I have been unable to open certain apps which include instagram, whatsapp, chrome, tiktok, and others. When loading, they get stuck for a long time on their respective loading screens and eventually crash.

The apps also appear to keep the same number of notifications even if they have more or less of them.

I have tried just about everything to get this fixed. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, I tried a soft reset, a hard reset, a network settings reset, and then I stumbled upon another bug:

When I tried to reset all of my settings, the loading bar for reseting the settings (the one right beneath the apple logo when there's a dark screen) didn't move for hours. I had to reset my phone and then I also found out that my settings froze when I clicked on the individual settings for any of the apps.

I then tried deleting and re-downloading the apps, when I found out that the app store would not load any results, so I had to search the app up on safari so it would redirect me to the app store page. When I did re-download the app, the notifications icons were still there and the issue was not fixed.

I later tried updating the software (I was on 13.2 and updated to the current one) but that didn't work either.

I haven't downloaded anything lately and I doubt there's any sort of malware in my system.

The only common trend I had noticed is that non-default network apps (not including safari) were the ones that were crashing, and normal local games were running. However, I then tried loading up an online game called clash royale and it worked.

I don't know what to do rn. The next step would be a factory reset but I really don't want to do that.

Is there any other possible fixes I could try?
