iPhone 11 Pro Max - Purchased in UAE

Hi,

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max in the UAE while on holiday, however, I am a UK resident and have not opened the phone box at all yet. It is my intention to put my UK sim in it and use in the UK, however, I have now found out that the UAE versions do not have FaceTime. Is there any other features blocked/missing? And is it possible to restore these features?
