I bought a case for iphone se from aliexpress . This case turned out to be of very poor quality and has your company logo. Is the case is fake? Does the seller have the right to sell this?

Apple themselves do not sell parts to consumers. Any part you see sold should be assumed to be a copy.
This example in particular is definitely a copy, and the logos are printed illegally. Adding to the fact that you cannot buy original parts, this housing is not even in a colour which Apple produce, leaving out all suspicion that this is even remotely genuine.
If you ever face problems with your device, I would recommend using the Apple Get Support page, where you can book a repair for your device, where you can be sure that genuine, good quality, parts are being used. Using parts like this being installed by an unauthorised service provider you cannot ensure quality at all, and will likely cause more damage to your device in the long run.

of course, people can print anything they want. To buy parts you’ll have to make sure the seller is reputable first
