Apple Music downloaded music
I just changed devices and I do not see any of my previously downloaded music in the app anymore

Songs that were downloaded to the old device will not automatically download to the new device and therefore will not show up in 'Downloaded Music'. You will have to locate the songs and download them to your new device however they should still be in your library for cloud play.
