iPhone XS Max att fiber connection issue

I have att fiber and the internet runs really slow on my phone. It was fine when I had charter and when I use 5g. All other devices on same internet work great

Try restarting your phone and restarting your router.

If that doesn’t resolve the problem go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings. You will have to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords, but you won’t lose any data.

Tried both of those before.the network reset works for a short period but then it goes back to being slow. We have iPads and a note 10 on the same network and they all work fine. Is it possible there is an issue with my model of phone? This is my first iPhone, Android before(never had issues)until I had to switch for work.
