Where can I find backups for text messages

If I understand your post correctly, you deleted some text messages and you need to restore them. I’d like to help.

If you have a backup that was created while the text messages were on your iPhone you can restore from that backup. Follow the steps in this article:

If you sync message with iCloud (Settings > Your Name, iCloud, Apple ID, iTunes & App Store > iCloud: Is messages turned on?) and you delete them, they are gone. If you don't sync with iCloud and you delete then AND you do have a backup made from before you deleted them, you can restore your phone from that backup. But your phone will restored to the date and time the backup was made, meaning messages you've sent or received after will be gone.

Text messages can be restored only from a backup. If you have any, you can restore it to a spare device, then sync messages to the main device using iCloud sync for messages. Also you can use it if you have these messages on a Mac or another iOS device.
