How do I sign out of old Apple ID without the password? If I knew the password I wouldn’t have to change accounts or sign in? But my Apple ID is associated with an old email that I don’t use or have access to any more. Please help
Is there a rescue email address on the account?
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. Apple Support will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.

Use your known Apple ID to try to answer your security questions. Go to Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin and use iForgot on your Apple ID to start the process. Eventually you will be able to try to provide answers to your security questions. If you are told in effect by Apple that your attempt has been unsatisfactory, then post back here to see what your options are.
Ok so I need to update my Apple ID but I need my old password to sign out to sign in to my current email or Apple ID?!
