iCloud drive "stuck"

When I go into finder the iCloud icon is stuck. I've shut the computer down and restarted but its still doing it.

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

I figured it out. I went to preview and saw 2 files that were "stuck". I deleted them both and its working fine now.
