All I get (when I open the Apple TV+ on my IPhone 7) is the following message on the screen:
Downloaded
No TV shows or Movies
TV shows and movies that you’ve purchased, rented or downloaded will appear here
and that’s pretty much it. No options, menus or further explanation
Are you using iOS 13.4.1? You should be.
Are you located in a country/region that supports Apple TV+?
Have you changed country/region?
Are you using the Apple ID that purchased whatever you're looking for (in that country/region)?
Just checked: I’m using version 13.3.1 thanks for your answer. I’ll upgrade the version and give it a try
