delete AppleId and spam

Hi i have been receiving a lot what i think are spam email from apple "Your receipt from Apple" they are for itunes music and billed to store credit. I only updated the email to a new one yesterday and have recieved 15 of these. Logged onto www.apple.com (did not click the link) and checked AppleId and order ID and could not find them. My account has no payment method against it. I tried to delete the AppleID and it wont let me due to a 29c balance. Cant contact support cant do anything. I cant see how anything could have been purchased with that balance. Any help on how to delete balance and appleid greatly appreciated..

Unless you can contact support, add a credit card. Buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card. Remove the credit card.

All purchases made using an Apple ID are tied to the ID. Delete the ID and you will need to download them using your new ID. There have been posts by people who have contacted Apple Support and they were told that if you delete an ID associated with an email address, you can never reuse the email address for an Apple ID. Make sure you sign out from the places in the 4th link before deleting the ID.
