My iPhone 11 Max Pro 512 GB isn’t usable

I bought my 11 Max Pro on 19th of October 2019 and till date I just cannot use it properly. Firstly I bought 11 Max Pro 256 GB on 19th Oct 2019 and I transferred my data from iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB and it started freezing and interestingly it was working properly in my previous iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB. I contacted my iPhone Seller iDestiny, a Apple Authorized Seller and he suggested me to go to Apple’s Authorized Service Centre F1 at Patna. I visited there and they restored my iPhone several time. They changed my Touch Screen two times, but nothing done. They are clueless. In the mean time I contacted Apple Customer Care and follow their steps and sayings. They demanded My iPhone’s Diagnostic Data which I given to them so many times but they don’t have any idea they only demand the Diagnostic Data again, every time you call them and don’t say about the previous result of the Diagnostic Data. They are also clueless or they are knowing this fact that this Brand, iPhone 11 Max Pro isn’t Perfect.!!! In the mean time I disposed my iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 GB to the seller with the condition if he will sell this he will give me the money for this. And I bought a new iPhone 11 Max Pro 512 GB from U.S Market. But there was a Big Surprise for me.... this new iPhone is behaving just like previous iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 GB. Previously my Case ID was 100962992330 which was not finalised and they converted my Case ID to 101040689646 and it’s not done anything. They only do one thing, they demand Diagnostic Data of your iPhone and forget about your case and if you call them again they again demanded Diagnostic Data... and this will go on..... As I given 5 to 6 times the Diagnostic Data to them and so many Videos too but result is the same. After expending 1,23,900/-₹ for iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 GB and again 1,41,900/-₹ for my this 11 Max Pro 512 GB, I feel cheated and nothing are doing from the Apple Team. And one Blunt Fact I want to share that “My this iPhone 11 Max Pro 512 GB isn’t working properly but the same time, it’s working properly in iPhone XS Max 256 GB, which I’m carrying parallelly, using same Apple ID and same Data which is in iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 GB. I told this to the Apple Team and send the Videos if it also but they aren’t showing any interest in this. I showed physically this to the Apple’s Service Centre at Patna F1, but they are also clueless about all this. They told that The Hardware of the iPhone is Perfect and Software is also Perfect now they just can’t say anything why it’s happening if it’s working properly in iPhone XS Max 256 GB and why it’s not working properly in iPhone 11 Max Pro 512 GB or previously in iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 GB...!!!! In my iPhone 11 Max Pro 512 GB, it’s freezes if you go to the Settings, you try to set Music, You can’t use Music App, Maps App, iTunes U App, Podcast App, Face Time App. When you touches these Apps the iPhone freezes and you can’t use it until you switch off and again on it. And it will freezes again after some time. You can’t go to the message from your call log, it will freeze..... It’s better to say that This iPhone isn’t usable... And as per My understanding Apple is also knowing about it but they are clueless till now..... It’s ashamed that they are ruining the name of Sir Steve Jobs..... Apple team please do the needful, don’t harass the people like us who believe on Apple....
