Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About when you get to this screen an automatic pop-up window may open. That is where the carrier settings are updated. If no windows open up then there are no carrier settings update.

I am connected to a wifi network but I still the no network connection when I try to place a call in airplane mode. Wi-Fi calling is on I have Wi-Fi calling on and am connected to Wifi network. (I can access the internet) The phone is in airplane mode. I am trying to place a call. I get the message No Network Connection. Connect to a Wi-Fi network or disable airplane mode to place a call

MacBook Pro Cannot Connect to iPhone I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports, 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X) running Monterrey 12.6. I also have an iPhone 12 running iOS 16.0. Both use the same iCloud account, and both are running on the same network. However when I try to make a call on FaceTime on the MacBook using the iPhone, I get an error message that the MacBook and the iPhone need be on the same network. This happens even when I hotspot my MacBook on the iPhone. What am I missing? I'm pretty sure I've misconfigured something.

Which iPhone do you have? What other details can you provide? What happens when you dial out? Is the mobile data working?

iPhone 11. In the setting Mobile Data it is said that an update is required to use mobile data, but when I check new updates, it is said that I have the last version. I tried to reload the phone but it is not working
