cosmetic defect

Hello. I’ve had this phone 11 for not even a month and when I first pulled the phone out of the box, there was three defects with the phone. One is a kind of scratch on the matte camera part near the flash, another one this phone has which is the back glass seems to be pushed down a tad as there is a bit of a gap between the aluminium and the glass which means dust and dirt goes in between and also, does this affect water resistance? And lastly the metal just above the power button is actually fading already. Is there anything that can be done such as a repair or is that not in the Apple warranty? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
