Apple Id

Hello, so my old phone had been damaged. So I bought a new phone and tried to sign into my apple Id, but it would ask me to verify it through the damaged phone. I’m not able to sign into my icloud through the new phone and obviously apple doesn’t have a solution for it and I need to sign back in due to highly important things on my icloud.
