Can’t open any pages templates. And no iWork apps available on iCloud.com

I recently purchased a 2020 iPad Pro. When I try to open any new document or most existing documents, I get this error message:

“The operation could not be completed. (Com.apple.DocumentManager error1.)”

I’ve also noticed that when I log into iCloud.com, there are no iWork apps available to use. What is happening?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

All updated. I’m able to start new projects in Numbers and Keynote without any issue.

I’ve also deleted and reinstalled Pages, signed out of Apple ID and back in. Nothing seems to work. I’m worried I have to do a full factory reset to try to get Pages to work again.
