im trying to send a picture on i massage and I'm not getting through. There is a message say MMS is enabled what can I do.

You are not using iMessage there, you are using MMS, with the cellular system, see how the arrow is green? You need to ensure that cellular data is turned on, and that if you go to Settings>Messages, MMS Messaging needs to be turned on. You also need to have an SMS/MMS plan on your account from your cellular provider. You may have to check with them to ensure that you have one.
