Apple TV Audio skipping

I just bought an Apple Tv 4K 32 Gb. I am having issues with my audio skipping at random intervals. It happens with every movie streaming app. I initially thought it was a faulty Apple TV, so I exchanged it. My new one is doing the same thing. The Apple TV is currently connected directly to my tv ( Sony XBR-65X900). My tv sends audio through ARC to my surround (Onkyo TX-RZ730). Please help. I love the video quality. I want to love the audio!
