After less than 1 minute in water, front camera is foggy and face ID not working. Phone is with no exterior flaws, always worn a protector and a case. Its been 15 months since the purchase. Can I get it fixed in Apple store?

The iPhone XS is only resistant to accidental spills from common liquids, such as soda, beer, coffee, tea, and juice, it is not designed to be submerged in any liquid.
It is unlikely that Apple will repair under warranty, but I'm sure Apple would be more than happy to set up a repair for you if you Get Support

Accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty and your device has been destroyed.
Replace it as it can't be repaired.
Thanks for the reply. In the XS phone description though, it says “ (maximum depth of 2 meters up to 30 minutes) “. I will check in the apple store
Apple will look at your device and then hand it back to saying it can't be repaired.
Apple store can repair it for around 200USD and up to 1 month. Thanks for your help tho 🙏 😊
