Mac OSX 10.15.2 Catalina, Apple Mail client 13.0. Message stuck in outbox, "Sending Message" message down near the bottom. Forever. Connectivity, functionality, and credentials of email accounts all verified. Incoming not affected. This is impacting messages "sent" (not sent) via an Exchange account and an imap account.
Outgoing server details seemingly in order.

If you're still having issues, does Connection Doctor show issues with both or just one email account?

Oh, dear! A typo in my question... Where i wrote "Sending Message," it actually says "Moving Messages." My mistake. And thanks for connection doctor, I looked at that and all my accounts have a green light. :)
However, I still get "Moving Messages" at the bottom of the list of mailboxes and folders...

Do you remember where you were moving those messages to? Trash, for example.
If it's other than trash, are the mailboxes accessible in the Mail app? Can you see the current contents?
Which email account were these messages being moved from?
Have you restarted your Mac since noticing this? If not, give that a try, as a restart can resolve unusual issues.

Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting Apple Support to look further into this issue. Let them know what's happening, which type of mail account and the troubleshooting you've done.
