I installed the latest update on my phone and then the device turns off on its own every 15 minutes and returns to boot on its own .. This is very bad, what should I do and who should I contact? It's a terrible update

Have you tried connecting your iPhone to your computer and restoring it from your backup?

I have an iPhone xs problem. After installing the latest update from Apple today, the phone turns off on its own and turns off on its own. This option that you sent to me does not apply to my problem.
Did actually try what the link suggests? Or did you just look at it and decide it wasn't what you think you need? You'd be surprised how a simple Force Restart can fix things after an iOS update.
