How can I get back my emails that have disappeared?
Nothing in Trash. Apple support is telling me I must have accidentally deleted my messages. We are talking about messages dating back to 2013. What I don’t understand is if I did delete them how come my iCloud back up is taking up over 4gb of storage.
I noticed all my sent messages are there.
When I logged onto iCloud.com and checked my mail it’s the same. So between my phone, the Mail app on my computer and Mail on iCloud.com they are all the same, no mail I’m the inbox apart from recent emails.
Have you checked the Trash to see if the emails are there? Checked the Trash at the email provider's web site? Do you have a backup you can restore from?
