i have a I phone 4..bt recently the My I phone is updated. And I forgot my Apple ID & password so, in this situation how can I pass activation lock without my Apple ID & password.
I am steel using I phone 7

There is no known way to bypass activation lock. The following may help with the forgotten information:

Your Apple ID is your email address, so it’s a bit unusual to forget it. Can you look at some recent email you received and see who it is addressed to? Apple does offer a way to recover both it and your password as long as you can prove who you are. See—>https://iforgot.apple.com.
Without knowing the Apple ID and password it is impossible to remove Activation Lock.
