iPhone 11 stuck on mute during calls
iPhone 11 stuck in mute during a call, I was on hold forever and had it on mute.
When I went to unmute it it wouldn’t turn off! How do I fix this?!

If I understand correctly, the Phone app stopped responding to touch while on a call. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.
Does this happen on every call?
