IPhone XS

In Settings >Sounds and Haptics, i have my Ringtone and text tone set for my choices, and they worked for awhile with this new phone, but now they both alert me with vibration, instead of the settings. i have rebooted the phone, changed the settings to other sounds, but calls and texts still come as vibrations.

anyone have a fix, please?
