iTunes Account showing gibberish

When I click on anything in my Account (e.g. Manage Payments, Edit, Change Country or Region, etc.), the page shows gibberish and weird characters instead of words (see picture). I have tried everything I know and have read: Started iTunes in safe mode, uninstalled and re-installed iTunes, changed Country/Region...but nothing has worked. Can anybody help me?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that there are issues viewing items in your iTunes account using the iTunes application for Windows and will do what I can to help.


You've done a lot of great steps so far. The last thing to check would be to see if there are any custom fonts being used with Windows that might cause this: How to install or remove a font in Windows
