Password reset but failed to reset security questions. Now I am not able to login.

Hello, I reset my password for my Apple ID. When I tried to login with new password, I was asked security questions. I couldn't remember the correct answer to one of them. So I tried to reset them as well but that wasn't allowed. Now when I try to login to my Apple ID with my new password I get an error saying "Cannot verify your identity. Please try again."


Please let me know how to proceed.

Given the nature of your problem, we can do nothing to help you. But, Apple support might help you since, in my opinion, you have if you have an extenuating circumstance. if you want to contact Apple support to discuss your problem, see these support options:
