Unable to install any app. Tried to reset, sign out and in, install on phone first. Ethernet connected. Tried several apps and nothing works. Model A1625. Thanks for any help
Very strange. I would make sure the unit is up to date (TVOS 13.4). If it is then I would suggest a restore.
Then the best thing to do would be to contact Apple support so they can investigate further.
Yes I know. As I suggested, if you have any iTunes purchases try streaming those to see if any issues are encountered. Trying to get a sense of where the issue lies.
The clarification was in regards to the comment that you tried installing on phone first and the model number differed provided versus the one stated in the title.

FYI: iPhone apps cannot be installed on Apple TV and the model in question is a 4th gen.
I'm trying to download apps via the Apple TV app store.
Tried to download several apps from App store pf apple tv and all have the same problem, regardless of type of app. Even old apps I had on my previous Apple TV are unable to download.
So frustrating

I believe the issue is the installation.
After the loading msg it fails, saying unable to install.
Check the photos.
up to date 13.4 and restore done as well. Reset to factory and then updated.
