Hi,
It's stuck on 14.02 and will not update. Tried usual update software and it says up to date.
Tried changing the DNS as per other discussions.
Cleared all the large programs so it's not lack of space.
Finally tried reset and update and it says Apple TV can't download the latest update right now.
Any ideas would be most welcome.

None of the rebooting worked but managed to reset with just reset rather than reset and update.
Just need to setup everything again now.

Try resetting your router and restarting your Apple TV.
What does it say when attempting the update without resetting as well?
Maybe try resetting to factory defaults without updating.
