Unable to recieve incoming calls

I am able to make outgoing calls but unable to receive incoming calls.

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ⬅︎ try this...

Also...Reset your Network Settings.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

You should also check this...

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
