iCloud music

I canceled my Apple Music and ever since then I get a message on my iPhone and iPad that says, this account does not have iCloud music enabled. Apple Music has not been linked to this account. I used to be able to bring up my music on my phone and play it thru my Sonos. What can I do to get rid of this message?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

See this article:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

Except instead of turning it on, you want to turn it off.

You only LEASE music with an Apple Music subscription for as long as you subscribe. Once you cancel, all that music goes away unless you BOUGHT it.

Add and download music from Apple Music or buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
