text messages with effect

Hi all

I am hoping somebody could help me in regards to receiving messages with effects. I can send them no worries, but when I receive I get the message then in brackets underneath it says sent with effect.

example:

Hi how are you today

(sent with loud effect)

Hope someone can help me out.

If you have Reduce Motion on, you can't receive message effects.

Might you have set up some accessibility feature, such as Reduce Motion?
