Don’t know what to do with my iphone

My iPhone 8 Plus won’t turn on and will stay at the Apple logo or sometimes it will show support Apple don’t know what to do

Your second image shows that you are in recovery mode and need to restore your phone through iTunes on your computer. See here for help: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306

You don’t need an Apple computer. You can use a Windows computer with iTunes obtained from https://apple.com/itunes

Any computer with iTunes will work. I have a windows 10 PC.
