i got Kernel Panic every time i wakeup my macbook from sleep. i have tried to reset NVRAM, SMC, turn off power nap ... and re-install MacOS .
current version : 10.15.4 and now is 10.15.5 beta 1
I took the Macbook to a service center and Apple confirmed that there was a hardware fault, they replaced it with a brand new one! Thank you
Yes. This is a known issue.
