Android Studio on Macbook pro 13. problems!

I installed Android studio version 3.6.3 for mac on my 13 "Macbook pro.

on mac there are 8 GB of Ram.

On Mac I also installed Parallels Desktop for Mac and also windows 10. You in the trial version. But the Android Studio simulator doesn't work. It gives me the following errors: Vt-x, HAMX AMD and does not allow to display simulator.

Why does it do so?

what should I do to solve the problem?

Do I have to enter the BIOS system to enable virtualization? if yes, how?

Thanks in advance to all.
