Apple is not here. Just fellow users who cannot voice input, or speculate about Apple business decisions, or working relationships with vendors (e.g. Oracle). Apple product teams do not participate in these public communities either.
Contact the developer of the OpenJDK/Java 11 distribution, and Visual-Paradigm to see what their futures will be regarding the M1 architecture, or how it will behave in Big Sur Rosetta2 Intel emulation mode. If Oracle got their hands on one of the ARM-based Mac mini loaners during the beta program, then they may have an answer for you once Big Sur is released tomorrow.

I installed the Azul Mac Arm version of Java on my M1 and it builds my Scala/Java project from work very nicely. Twice as fast as my Intel MBP, in fact.
