How to remove a data point for weight from the Health app

This answer no longer works as I don't see any Edit. iOS 13.4.1

Open the Health App, select a category, ie. weight for example, tap Show All Data, tap Edit (upper right corner) and delete whatever data points you want to delete.

How do I delete a single data point from the Health app? I realized last month I had a sudden 100 lb weight drop one week followed by 100lb gain the next. Obviously I entered the data wrong and it's throwing off my charts. I would like to just delete that point but can't figure out how to do that.
