How does the MKB-300 sound ?

I know this may seem obvious to most of you, but no matter what videos I watch I can't find the solution. I purchased a Roland Keyboard several years ago. Model MKB-300. So a "Midi Keyboard Controller" I love the touch and I don't want to buy another one right now. When I got it, I immediately started using it with VSTs. The truth is that I've never heard the sound bank of the keyboard and I'd like to hear it. I just can't hear a single sound. Before I tear out what little hair I have left on my head, I'd like to know if it's possible? Is it because it's too old a model?

Ok and Bank and Memory / Program change are for ?

That keyboard was made in the mid-late 80's so they are for controlling Synth Modules. An excellent sturdy piece.
