Carrier Updates
I keep getting a notice about carrier updates. How do I know whether or not it is legitimate?

There is absolutely no possibility whatsoever that a message can be constructed such that everybody would have positive remarks about it.
Can I stop the carrier update notices without doing the updates? If I ever use cellular on this iPad again (4 mo ago) I’m sure they will notify me of an update.
Thank you-I read that and I guess it is legit based on other information I read, but not everyone had positive remarks about it. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten this message on any of my Apple devices; and AT&T has always been my carrier. I wish it would give more info about the update like the software updates.
