Connections and Expansion ports

This question is regarding about the USB 3 port and Thunderbolt 3 port on the back of the iMac Pro. was wondering can these ports be used to power and charge up other devices? like say iPad Pro, iPhone 11 Pro, and Apple Watch? and if so what is the amount of watts can these ports put out. 12 watts? 18 watts? etc...

Yes you can, but some larger iOS devices like your iPad and even iPhone may take longer or even refuse to charge.

Personally I prefer to use the supplied cord and power adapter (wall charger) for each of my iOS devices.
