I forgot the password I reset my computer to and am locked out. It’s asking for a recovery key. I don’t know where that is or what it is

How do I reset my password without a recovery key?

If these methods don't work and you don't have any other admin user accounts on this computer, then you will need to erase the physical drive and reinstall macOS or restore from a backup.
