Can I connect my iPad Pro 12.9 2020 to a USB-C triple display hub to take advantage of extending the iPads display to external monitors for more screen real estate?
i know that I can mirror the iPad screen to external monitors through USB-C hub or even AirPlay but I’m try to extend the display not mirror.
MacBook Pros can achieve this in the display settings by unchecking the “mirror” option but I don’t see anything like this in the iPadOS 13.14.1 settings.

The action you are describing on the MacBook is Sidecar, which is the ability to use the iPad screen as an extension of the MacBook. It is not the other way around. There is no setting on the iPad that allows for extending the iPad's home screen.
