Hello vivekvarmap,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see from your message that you're still seeing files in the Recently Deleted folder of the Files app on your iPhone.

You can go in and delete the files from Recently Deleted. Files which you delete from that folder are permanently deleted. You can find this information under, "Delete files," from this article: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

You mentioned that the files keep appearing, is this after you have deleted them from Recently Deleted? Also, are these files which have been stored in iCloud Drive, or in another storage app?

All the best.
