App Data Not Backed Up ( iphone ) ?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with iCloud I've tried so many solutions it didn't work.

it is still shows this, The apps aren't on my iphone or icloud.

Why it keeps say that ?

how can i fix it please.

pro max last update.
