Delete devices not showing on Apple ID any longer

I lost an iPhone 5 that has my information still on it. It no longer shows on my Apple ID, most of the time it shows no other devices connected. Is there a way to check to make sure that no one else has access to my iCloud or my Apple ID except me?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

There isn't a way to know that unless they are signed into a device/computer using your Apple ID. Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

 Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
