I shared a 'note' with a friend so we could work on a song together. I have unlimited icloud storage. He does not. I keep receiving a notification that my icloud storage is full when using notes and it's very persistent and annoying. I have since deleted the shared note with my friend and the notification still pops up and intrudes on my work.

The size of your friend's iCloud storage would not cause you to receive a notification like this. iCloud storage is also not unlimited but instead maxes out at 2 TB: iCloud storage plans and pricing.
If you are receiving a message about iCloud storage, then your limit is nearly reached. This article can help: Manage your iCloud storage. You may only need to delete an older backup.

Thanks for the further details. If you are certain this is a message about iCloud being full when you have this much storage available and the message doesn't refer to internal storage of the iPhone, you should contact Apple Support to look further into this.
