Restore from iCloud Paused
I've extended my iCloud storage from 5GB to 50GB, because I didn't have enough storage for all my photos. But there are still not all photos available in the photo app.
Can somebody help me?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It appears that your photos restoring from iCloud have been paused. Let's look at a few things.
Please see: If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed and the section "Get help restoring from an iCloud backup".
Then check out: About missing information after you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iCloud Backup and see the section under "About your photos".
Right now it seems that your backup is being restored and it is paused. You may find it easier to use iCloud Photos in the future. This will sync your photos to all devices and iCloud. They would not be included in your backup:. Please see: Set up and use iCloud Photos.
