As a journalist, I want to plug my wired lightning headset into iPhone 11 and simultaneously record the conversation on my laptop via audacity. I see plenty of lightning splitters marketed but they all seem to be one side for the headset and the other for a charger. Any advice?

Neither will work ... the first does not offer audio + audio and the second uses a 3.5mm audio connector, not lightning connector
I appreciate the suggestions. The short answer to the core question is: "No!" The workaround has more adapters and cords than a bondage movie.
You will have to get a 3.5 mm splitter, the 3.5 mm adapter, and use 3.5 mm headphones. They still exist, fortunately.
